The new spray bottles arrived & they are awesome!
I'll take pictures this weekend, but for now, I just have to say that these are WAY BETTER than those other pieces of crap I bought.
Squee!

I also found some smaller aluminum spray bottles at Dollar Tree, so I might pick up a couple of those and then I'd have 2 different sizes for just about any cleaning solution I could think of!
I'm pretty sure the Dollar Tree ones are 8-10 oz:
I really should have paid more close attention when I was at DT, but I told myslef to wait until the bottles I ordered arrive to see what colors I get.
As soon as they do arrive, I'm sure I'll be mixing up a new batch of cleaning stuff (it's about time anyway) and be running off to DT to pick up some little ones.
I've also been looking over the recipes on the link I mentioned the other day. I think a good homemade laundry spray might be on my list. I'm also seriously considering making my own fabric softener. I really haven't found a laundry detergent recipe that intrigues me enough to give up Seventh Generation, but we'll see...
Thursday, I did a little retail therapy and finally purchased the aluminum spray bottles that I've been obsessing over for weeks. I hope they are as cool as they look- I'd really hate to be disappointed by spray bottles twice!
I also found a really great resource for Green Cleaning at Tip Nut! So many great ideas and all in one place, beautifully organized! How can I not love that?
I've also been working on my own alphabet wall similar to this one that everyone has seen, but I first saw at Project Nursery:
And before everyone jumps to conclusions, I'm not expecting. (although it wouldn't be the end of my world if I were ☺) I'm making this for my office! I big puffy ♥ fonts and typefaces and I thought it would be fun to take that love and show it off!
So far, the most expensive letter has been $5 and the best deal was $1! I already owned a "P" and a "J" and at this point I'm down to needing "A", "D", "H", "O", "U", "Y", "Z" and "&". Joann has a couple of different sizes of button wall decorations like the one above, but I wonder if that's too literal of a copy-cat; hmmm?
I'm putting my own little twist on the project (big surprise, huh?) and I can't wait to finish it up and show it off!
